RISHOV CHAKRABORTY

Rishov Chakraborty (2003) is a poet, essayist, and independent researcher from Maynaguri, Jalpaiguri, India. He is currently pursuing Master of Arts at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi . He serves as the Founder & Editor of Tamohan, A National Level Bengali Literary Research Journal on Language, Literature & Culture, RNI No. WBBEN/25/A1160, ISSN 3139-0889 (Print).

He was awarded the Best Columnist Award by All India Radio – Akashvani (Pratyusha, August 2023). He has participated in several National and International Seminars and Workshops. His academic contributions include 3 Edited Journals/Books, 2 Research Articles, 4 Book Chapters, along with participation in 6 Conferences and Seminars. Beyond academia, he is a Storyteller, Cinephobic, Graphic Designer, Independent Musician, Student of Language & Literature (Folklore).
